Meet the BPO Automation Team:

Nicole Ocean, Founder, Owner & Chief Operating Officer of the BPO Automation Group. Nicole got started doing BPO work in September 2006. In the span of 5 years as a real estate salesperson and Realtor, she dedicated her time and efforts to specializing in BPO work. Having worked for over 35+ different BPO & REO companies and completing over 1,000+ BPO reports as well as leading a BPO team, she has seen and done almost everything in this business.

Nicole's passion is BPO's and this industry, as well as in teaching coaching and helping real estate professionals succeed.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 17-year old son, Nick Surfer Ocean, her husband, Randy and their sweet rescue dog daughter named, Blu Ocean. They call Santa Rosa Beach, Florida their "Home in Paradise." Nicole likes doing iPhone photography and turning them into art, rollerblading, getting out in nature, being musical and doing road trips.

Randy Fontenot, CFO / Co-Owner

Randy comes back to BPOA, this time as a Co-Owner. In the past, he worked for us as our Sales Manager. He loves to genuinely connect with people, enjoys making people laugh and smile and loves what he does. It really shows!

His background is in the jewelry industry, where he is also a marketing consultant for the biggest jewelry liquidation company in the US.

Randy loves his family, boating, traveling and enjoying the simple things in life!

Jamie Gossett, Senior Installer / Manager

Jamie comes to our team with a solid background as an executive assistant as well as is retired from the Air Force where she was a paralegal, law office manager and an instructor. Let me just tell you that she's one smart and capable lady and we are honored to have be part of our team.

In her free time, she loves hanging out at the beach and almost lives there during summertime.

JC Murphy, Junior Developer / Programmer

JC he comes to us with 20+ years as a Technology Consultant as well as a software and website developer. He also has vast knowledge and experience in providing technology solutions to real estate companies.

He has lived in Northwest Florida most of his life and enjoys boating and flying. He is also a BIG dog lover!

Jennifer rejoins our team having years of experience working for our company already. She is a customer favorite and is well versed at going above and beyond in all that she does.
